1. Scope of Services

Property Rights Counsel offers professional real estate legal counsel, digital guides, templates, and training materials, as well as branded merchandise and practice tools.

2. Legal Services for Realtors

Our legal services include consultation, document preparation, and representation in property transactions. Fees are due prior to engagement.

Appointments may be scheduled via our contact form. Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 48 hours in advance.

Non-Refundable Service: Fees for legal services are non-refundable due to allocation of professional time and resources. However, at our discretion, you may reschedule your appointment once without additional charge.

3. Information Products

Information products include digital materials such as e-books, webinars, and training modules. Delivery occurs immediately after purchase.

Refund and swap: If digital content is defective and you have not fully accessed or downloaded it, you may request an swap or refund within 7 days of purchase. All requests must be submitted through our contact form. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days via the original payment method.

4. Goods

Physical goods include branded materials and practice tools shipped to your address. Shipping times vary by region.

Refund and swap: If goods arrive damaged or not as described, you may ship items back in original packaging within 14 days of delivery. To initiate, contact us via contact form. Inspected items eligible for a refund will have it issued within 14 days via the original payment method. Customized goods are final sale and not eligible for refund.

5. Rescheduling Policy

Legal appointments may be rescheduled at no extra charge if requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled time. Requests made less than 48 hours prior may incur a fee or result in forfeiture of the session.

6. Changes to Terms

Property Rights Counsel reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Updates become effective upon posting at proprightcouns.tech. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
